We have a variety of food & beverage options available for purchase, including local craft beers, tasty bites and a full bar available during shows. For those of you looking to upgrade your experience, we do have some VIP Seating options including balcony seating & VIP upgrades for table seating on the main floor. For more information regarding these VIP areas, please contact us here. The Music Hall has a main floor that is General Admission Standing Room Only for most shows unless otherwise noted when purchasing your tickets. That means there is no seat to go along with your ticket.

With our building located less than 1 mile from Victory Station, public transportation is easily accessible. The legendary House of Blues franchise goes back to 1992. It gained a Western wonder in 2007 when the House of Blues Dallas opened in the historic White Swan Building, a legendary location that was the home of White Swan Coffee in the 1920s. Located between the Restaurant & Bar and Cambridge Room, the Lomax and Waylon Rooms accommodate 60 guests for receptions and up to 40 for seated events. Decorated with vintage photography, the 637 square-foot Lomax Room can be used as private space or adjoined to the main restaurant, perfect for breakout meetings, wedding ceremonies or small intimate gatherings. The 624 square-foot Waylon Room is a semi-private indoor patio area, located behind the restaurant bar. The vibrant Restaurant & Bar consists of both indoor and outdoor spaces, a spacious bar and a built-in stage ideal for entertainment or meetings. Unexpected Needs - If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you.

Hearing Assistance - Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Home to the popular concert musical SIX, you’ll find the Lena Horne Theatre on the north end of Manhattan’s Theater District.... For the club’s Music Hall, the setup is strictly standing room and general admission, so come prepared to dance.

If you purchased tickets online through LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed in about 30 days. Tickets are available online on our website by clicking here or at LiveNation.com. You can also purchase tickets in person at the Box Office which is only open on show nights two hours prior to doors opening. The Southern-flavored menu at this Dallas venue‘s restaurant can be as much of a draw as the music and plenty of public parking lots surround the venue for easy access. Will call tickets can be picked up on day of show at the Box Office.

This space is accessible by a private elevator from either the outside or the Music Hall; this dual entrance option allows clients to either use the space exclusively or in conjunction with Music Hall for a larger buyout.
